The cabins combine modern comfort with a peaceful, nature-close atmosphere and are built for year-round use in the heart of Femund’s stunning wilderness.

The cabins are currently under construction, and only visual illustrations are available at this time.

Designed for comfort, built for every season

  • Space: ~50 m²

  • Capacity: 1 – 6 guests

  • Bedroom 1: double bed + lounge/extra bed option

  • Bedroom 2: family bunk (double below, single above)

  • Living area: bright and open with sitting area and dining table

  • Kitchen: fully equipped with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge

  • Bathroom: shower and toilet

  • Heating: floor heating + wood-burning stove

  • Access: step-free entrance and wheelchair-friendly

  • Outdoor space: private terrace with forest and river view

  • Parking: directly by the cabin

    Gutulia National Park

    Wander through primeval forests and experience the historic Gutulisetra mountain farm in Norway’s smallest national park.

    Blokkoden Wilderness Museum

    Step into forest-and-mountain life as it once was. This open-air museum shows how people lived and worked here from the 1600s to today. A great experience for both children and adults.

    Canoeing

    Paddle down the Sorka River directly from our camp and enjoy lunch by the shore of Lake Femund, or head out to explore other nearby areas.

    Wildlife Watching

    Spot beavers in the evening hours, watch reindeer wander through the camp, or head out on a moose safari. Wildlife is never far away.

    Hiking

    From gentle forest trails to longer mountain routes, the area offers great hiking for all levels. Enjoy open landscapes, quiet forests, and wide views across the Femund region.

    Fishing

    With over 900 lakes, ponds and rivers, the region is ideal for fishing. Trout, grayling, whitefish, perch, Arctic char, and pike are common in many waters.
