    Wander through primeval forests and experience the historic Gutulisetra mountain farm in Norway’s smallest national park.

    Blokkoden Wilderness Museum

    Step into forest-and-mountain life as it once was. This open-air museum shows how people lived and worked here from the 1600s to today. A great experience for both children and adults.

    Canoeing

    Paddle down the Sorka River directly from our camp and enjoy lunch by the shore of Lake Femund, or head out to explore other nearby areas.

    Wildlife Watching

    Spot beavers in the evening hours, watch reindeer wander through the camp, or head out on a moose safari. Wildlife is never far away.

    Hiking

    From gentle forest trails to longer mountain routes, the area offers great hiking for all levels. Enjoy open landscapes, quiet forests, and wide views across the Femund region.

    Fishing

    With over 900 lakes, ponds and rivers, the region is ideal for fishing. Trout, grayling, whitefish, perch, Arctic char, and pike are common in many waters.

    Packrafting

    Launch your packraft right from our camp, or head out to discover the more remote locations.

Accessible Cabin

One of our cabins is specially adapted with a wheelchair ramp, step-free access and an adapted bathroom with an accessible washbasin, support rails by the toilet and a shower stool.

All our cabins have a wheelchair-friendly layout and wide doors, sufficient turning space for a wheelchair in every room, and space beside the beds.
